Was it actually IN-GAME?
And @ StanLee:
Your comment makes no sense! It's impossible to see any aliasing issues through Gametrailers.com-quality videos because their resolution generates a lot jaggies already! So are you mocking Gametrailers or TRYING to mock the game?
Having played it for about 2 hours I can say that it's pretty good. Aeroplanes suck though; Airspace is way too small and the controls are unbelievably clumsy.
The game supposedly has a pretty steep learning curve as the balancing between all the weapons and vehicles is very extensive. Lag is still evident, though I'm expecting it to be eliminated.
It's kinda like more realistic Warhawk with less emphasize on dogfights and more on infantry.
It clearly states that PS3 has to also download all the trophy pictures as well. No wonder it takes so long!
They should add some gimmicky desing to it. Like making the symbols 3D and maybe curving "inside" from both ends of the bar.
Live's got more versatile "core" features like mentioned in the article. That's because they have patented some of those mechanics and Sony's sometimes very good at procrastination...
What is relaxing and playing? I thought games were supposed to be intense, adrenaline-fulfilled adventures. How's that relaxing? Especially multiplayer games... Relaxing? On the contrary!
"I never knew he doesn't actually come up with the ideas..
He just says if they are dull or not? Most people can do that"
Most people can point out their opinion, yes, but only a few can be completely objective. Many lack in experience and be prejudiced and biased to at least to some extent.
Actually, to me the thing has proven to be quite the contrary!
Some things are very exaggerated! You DON'T have to mash the X/Square button that fast (Maybe it's because I can get thru the torture part in MGS1 on Extreme pretty easily...) and the "puzzle" is actually quite self-explanatory. And hitting the "weak point" of Wesker (the idea alone is stupid, though... The weak point I mean) is very easy UNLESS you're playing with an A.I. partner. Then the fidelity of the game's design takes a serious hit.
I finished MGS4 in 2:34:02 along with the BIG BOSS EMBLEM
I have to disagree with R:FoM... R2 is better every way anyway.
MGS4 and R&C:ToD are the best games on the platform... Or in this gen so far altogether and Motorstorm is just something fresh. Again Motorstorm Pacific Rift would be advicable at this point.
Agreed! The gameplay changed quite a bit.
from the (PS3-version...) game released sometimes before... AND it's from a cutscene. Don't look so legit to me.
great news!
It looks like a real-world puppet show from that Youtube video!
It's just that it used to crash a LOT! Once so badly that all the game data got corrupted and I lost all progress in the game! That's why I never got the Platinum trophy nor the latest vehicles even though I got in the overall top 600 in the online Ranked games.
the 60gig model and the default accessories (only one controller) and Motorstorm. Subsequently I bought another controller for 50€...
In total, that results in about... 980$
-A price cut is bound to hit soon; I'd say later this year.
-PS3 Slim will be the new default PS3 SKU that replaces SixAxis/DS3 controllers conclusively with the Motion Controllers. It is going to be released Spring 2010 retaining the same price tag.
is WRONG one.
I can't believe some people still do that! Basicly they're comparing the first Halo (Combat Evolved) to games like this since they just mention "halo". And may I ask you whether you've actually played "halo" or any of it's successors? I've played Halo 1 on PC and Halo 3 on 360 borrowed from a friend (I only own a PS3) and I must say that Halo as a franchise is an iconic, a masterful one.
I like motion controls and especially the pointer on...
How could it arrive a freaking YEAR earlier than announced?
